Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the package.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Mail Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in our mail subscription program, subscription packages are shipped between the 21st and 30th of each month.

Mail Club subscriptions ship separately from all other store purchases. If you order a Mail Club subscription along with other items, you may receive multiple shipments and separate tracking information.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and shipment, depending on the complexity and size of the order.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier’s schedule. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
