Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for both U.S. and international orders.

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been accepted and scanned by the postal carrier.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital products
  • Sale or clearance items
